About Lady (courtesy post)

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Dog

Her registered name is Zoe Rose but we call her Lady. Her previous
> owner called her Lassie but then her last 2 dogs before this were
> Lassie too.She was born on 9-28-06 & is CKC registered. She is spayed
> & microchipped. She is HW negative & is on HW preventative & due
> shots in March. She did get a 3 year rabies in 2013 so she only needs
> the regular shots & HW test.

> She is very shy so would do best in a calm home without young kids.
> She is in with 2 really active shelties & does just fine. She gets
> along with all the other dogs but seems fine on her own. She ignores
> the cats. She is housebroken & loves her crate. I have gotten her to
> walk on a leash but she definitely needs a secure fenced yard. Lady
> is such a sweet dog & would be great for an older person or someone
> who wants a companion.

We at Tired Dog Rescue strive to find homes for dogs in need, build quality relationships with responsible owners, and preserve current dog-family homes by seeking solutions to financial, behavioral, and situational dog problems. We believe the lives of homeless, abandoned and abused dogs are just as precious as dogs that currently have a loving home. We believe that all dogs deserve a loving home despite their age, medical condition and/or disabilities. We provide whatever medical care is needed regardless of cost. All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm negative and current on vaccinations before being placed.
