Meet Echo this little guy is only 6-7 lbs and a  Havanese/Bichon mix. He just arrived to Tired Dog Rescue this afternoon and will see our vet next week. So more details to come. My foster mom is in love with him already. He is a snuggly little love bug who loves his human. Gets along with other dogs. Due to his small size older children would be best.
